Artificial Intelligence has emerged as the latest technology in the world. Some people think it has negative impact while I disagree because AI has a lot of advantages. Therefore, I will present the reasons and the arguments of the two views. 

The first reason that some people think that artificial intelligence has a negative impact on society is due to their refusal to change and to adapt to the latest technology advancements. Indeed, there is high resistance to learn new AI skills and change our mode of working and to be a high performer. People are used to old skills of work and they prefer not to change it. For instance, employees in my work did not yet make an initiative to adapt and use new AI tools and they think they can still work with old ones. 

Despite the above argument, I disagree with that view and I believe that artificial intelligence will have a great impact in our community. Employees must take the initiative to learn new AI skills and get certified to help them advance in their projects and get better results in short time. I prefer that everyone adapts to the new AI transformation because it is the future and other countries are already ahead in AI. For example, the UAE has integrated AI in its education system and workplace. Thus, we can already use the latest AI technology in Dubai Airport, hotels and restaurants in malls.

In conclusion, while others still think that Artificial Intelligence has bad impact because of their resistance to change their old skills and get adapted to AI, I believe that AI has a lot of advantages to change our way of working and our education so we can be more efficient.
