Ex : JS-Technology affiche une d\u00e9marche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e qualit\u00e9-s\u00e9curit\u00e9-environnement pour ses filiales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prix Nationale de la Qualit\u00e9 \/ R\u00e9compenses<\/strong><br>Il y a des initiatives comme le Prix National de la Qualit\u00e9 qui incitent les entreprises \u00e0 s\u2019am\u00e9liorer. En 2025, la SOMACA, SOGEA Maroc, SMCV etc., ont \u00e9t\u00e9 distingu\u00e9es pour leurs d\u00e9marches qualit\u00e9. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accompagnement &amp; sensibilisation<\/strong><br>Organisations comme le <strong>Morocco Quality Group<\/strong> (MQG) \u0153uvrent pour promouvoir la culture de la qualit\u00e9, former, sensibiliser, accompagner les PME\/PMI dans l\u2019int\u00e9gration des normes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Forte prise de conscience comp\u00e9titive<\/strong><br>Dans les secteurs expos\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019export ou \u00e0 la concurrence \u00e9trang\u00e8re (automobile, transport, chimie, etc.), la qualit\u00e9 de service devient un facteur d\u00e9terminant pour rester comp\u00e9titif. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9fis \/ faiblesses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>In\u00e9galit\u00e9s selon la taille \/ localisation des entreprises<\/strong><br>Les grandes entreprises ou celles li\u00e9es aux exportations ou aux cha\u00eenes mondiales sont souvent bien positionn\u00e9es. Par contre, les PME, surtout dans des r\u00e9gions moins urbaines, ont souvent des moyens plus limit\u00e9s (techniques, formation, etc.), ce qui peut r\u00e9duire la qualit\u00e9 de service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Formation &amp; comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><br>Le manque de comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es en gestion qualit\u00e9, service client, process industriels ou logistiques peut limiter la mise en \u0153uvre optimale des normes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support client, relation avec le client<\/strong><br>Dans certaines \u00e9tudes sur la satisfaction client, on note que m\u00eame si des entreprises am\u00e9liorent leurs services digitaux ou les d\u00e9lais, le service apr\u00e8s-vente ou le support humain restent des points d\u2019insatisfaction. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Co\u00fbts de mise en conformit\u00e9<\/strong><br>L\u2019adoption des normes, mise \u00e0 jour des \u00e9quipements, audits, certifications demandent des investissements \u2014 ce qui peut \u00eatre un frein pour les petites unit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Innovation &amp; digitalisation<\/strong><br>Bien qu\u2019il y ait progr\u00e8s, dans certains secteurs la digitalisation reste limit\u00e9e, ce qui freine l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de service, la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9, la r\u00e9activit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9lais &amp; fiabilit\u00e9 dans la logistique \/ transport<\/strong><br>Dans le transport international, notamment, les transporteurs marocains identifient que la qualit\u00e9 de service comprend non seulement la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9, mais aussi la ponctualit\u00e9, l\u2019entretien des \u00e9quipements, l\u2019usage de technologies modernes. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pistes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Suivi de la performance &amp; indicateurs pr\u00e9cis<\/strong><br>D\u00e9velopper des indicateurs clairs : d\u00e9lais, taux de d\u00e9faut, taux de r\u00e9clamation, satisfaction client, etc. Mesurer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et rendre compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Renforcement des capacit\u00e9s (formation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e, ing\u00e9nierie qualit\u00e9 locale)<\/strong><br>D\u00e9ployer des programmes de formation continue pour personnels op\u00e9rant dans l\u2019industrie, la logistique, le service apr\u00e8s-vente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subventions \/ incitations pour PME<\/strong><br>Faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux financements pour les PME qui veulent se certifier ou mettre \u00e0 niveau leurs \u00e9quipements qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Digitalisation accrue du service<\/strong><br>Syst\u00e8mes de gestion de qualit\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, \u00e9changes de donn\u00e9es, maintenance pr\u00e9dictive, suivi en temps r\u00e9el des performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Culture client centr\u00e9e<\/strong><br>Mettre l\u2019accent sur la relation client, non seulement sur les produits mais sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience globale : support, communication, retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Encadrement r\u00e9glementaire &amp; normes sectorielles<\/strong><br>Harmoniser et renforcer les normes, encouragement \u00e0 l\u2019application locale et internationale, audits ind\u00e9pendants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Forces \/ points positifs D\u00e9fis \/ faiblesses Pistes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration Suivi de la performance &amp; indicateurs pr\u00e9cisD\u00e9velopper des indicateurs clairs : d\u00e9lais, taux de d\u00e9faut, taux de r\u00e9clamation, satisfaction client, etc. Mesurer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et rendre compte.
